Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order in accordance with USPS shipping guidelines.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Standard jewelry and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

Handmade Jewelry

Because each handmade jewelry piece is individually handcrafted, these items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Mystery Jewelry Boxes & Mystery Jewelry Grab Bags

All Mystery Jewelry Boxes and Mystery Jewelry Grab Bags are final sale.

Because each box and grab bag contains randomly selected surprise jewelry, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to style, color, personal preference, or duplicate items.

Handmade Baby Blankets

Our handmade baby blankets are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Shop1707 LLC within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost if the error was ours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
